Who legally holds the domain: the customer is the registrant (owner) of the domains registered through BitDomain; behind the storefront stands the accredited registrar PDR Ltd., whose Registrar-Registrant Agreement applies.
On sign-up and operation: the registrant contact is verified by email (ICANN WHOIS data verification for gTLDs), transfer authorization codes can be viewed and changed self-service in the control panel, and DNS hosting and DNSSEC are supported at no extra charge. Support is available by email only — there is no phone or live chat.
