IncogNET Domains is the domain service of IncogNET LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. IncogNET is not ICANN accredited: it states accreditation with CentralNIC and the .ST registry and resells other endings through third-party registrars it does not name.
Ownership and privacy. By default IncogNET acts as a proxy: its own company name and contact data go to the registrar, so IncogNET technically owns the domain while you control it. On request the registrant can be changed to your own data. WHOIS privacy is included at 0.00 USD. Sign-up needs only an email address, and the site is reachable over Tor, I2P and Yggdrasil.
Risk of losing a domain. The terms allow cancelling or suspending a service for any reason and without prior notice; for policy violations IncogNET says it will try to reach you by email first. Transfers out are self-service: unlock the domain in the control panel where supported and use the EPP/Auth code.
Prices and payment. A .com costs 17.76 USD for the first year, 17.76 USD on renewal and 17.76 USD for a transfer. Crypto payments (BTC, XMR, LTC, DOGE, DASH) are processed in-house; card via PayPal and bank transfer are also offered. Free DNS hosting with DNSSEC is included. Apart from .ST, orders are reviewed and activated manually.
